- 8+ years in trust & safety, integrity, or content operations
- 4+ years leading teams through significant scale inflections
- Demonstrated ownership of enforcement metrics at UGC or generative AI platforms (automation rate, decision accuracy, cost per action, appeal overturn rate)
- Experience building or governing model-assisted enforcement with human-in-the-loop design and audit accountability
- Track record of moving Product, Engineering, Legal, and Policy without direct authority
Nice to have
- Music, media or IP-adjacent platform experience and fluency in rights-matching abuse patterns
- Direct exposure to DSA, OSA or emerging AI-content regulatory regimes as operational requirements
