- Master's or PhD in biology, biotechnology, or biochemistry or equivalent

- Commercial experience in biotech, biopharma, or related technical area
- Strong communication skills in cross-functional environments
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel 50% within Germany
