- Ph.D. with 6+ years industry experience, or MS with 8+ years, or BS with 10+ years in chemical/biochemical engineering or related field
- Fundamental knowledge and expertise in downstream processing of biologics
- Experience independently conducting and directing purification process development
- History of peer-reviewed publications and presentations in downstream bioprocessing
- Knowledge of biologics CMC development
- Ability to lead and collaborate in cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide staff development
