Required
- 15+ years of engineering experience
- 4+ years leading infrastructure or platform engineering at Senior Director level
- Production experience with multi-cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP, AWS)
- Expertise with container orchestration (Kubernetes/AKS), Kafka, observability stacks, and SRE practices
- Track record owning high-availability production platforms at scale
- Ability to recruit and build senior infrastructure and platform engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant STEM discipline or equivalent practical experience
- Located in or willing to work from New York office 3+ days per week
- No visa sponsorship required
Nice to have
- Experience leading logistics or real-time dispatch platform engineering
- Track record of improving developer productivity and building internal developer platforms
