Required

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience with a relevant PhD, or 8+ years with a relevant Master's degree
  • Proven track record solving complex business problems with data science and ML solutions
  • End-to-end data science development experience: planning, defining success criteria, building buy-in, delivering solutions
  • Strong practical ML and statistics knowledge to scope and execute solutions quickly
  • Ability to communicate outcomes and progress to senior management and stakeholders
  • Production code writing and testing experience
  • Detail-oriented approach to informing business-critical decisions
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States and residence in the United States

  • Background or familiarity with identity solutions, fintech, or adjacent industries
  • Experience at a startup
