Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of professional software development experience
- End-to-end ownership of services through design, implementation, deployment, and operational support
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, GraphQL, gRPC, and Spring Boot
- Experience building distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure code, and DevOps practices
- Experience integrating with multiple services across domains
Nice to have
- Track record designing and evolving service architectures at scale with resiliency and fault tolerance patterns
- Leadership experience with technical design efforts and architectural decisions
- Data-driven decision-making with metrics definition and system health monitoring
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems and safely integrating AI-enabled solutions
