Required
- 8+ years apparel industry experience in fabric/finish development
- Higher diploma or above in textile discipline
- Knowledge of finishing SOP requirements in laundry environments
- Experience with formulations, wet and dry processes, and chemical applications
- Ability to transfer developmental formulations to production
- Understanding of target costing
- Risk identification and problem-solving skills
- Verbal and written communication in English and local language
