Required
- State or NBRC respiratory therapist certification (CRT or RRT)
- Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare field
- Patient advocacy expertise
- English language proficiency for communication and documentation
- Infection control competency
- Airway management including intubation and maintenance
- Mechanical ventilation initiation and management
