- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years engineering experience in test or launch environment
- Strong fundamentals in structures, mechanical design, and fluid systems
- Leadership skills including mentorship and communication
- Ability to deliver on tight schedules with creative solutions
Nice to have
- Experience designing and implementing launch vehicle interface mechanisms and tooling
- Knowledge of NASA, DoD, Space Force, and related standards
