What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline
- 8+ years of analytical experience in a regulated or cell/gene therapy environment
- Hands-on proficiency with bioassay, flow cytometry, and/or molecular biology methods
- Experience with analytical method lifecycle including transfer and validation
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA/EMA/ICH/USP/EP guidelines
- Strong technical writing skills for SOPs and validation documents
- Ability to travel to BMS or partner sites
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD)
- Experience with viral vectors, vaccines, or biological products
- Experience mentoring others on laboratory techniques
