Required
- Clean, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, flatware, utensils and kitchenware
- Safely operate all equipment
- Adhere to company safety and sanitation policies
- Handle glassware carefully to minimize breakage
- Empty trash and maintain trash cans
- Clean and maintain kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- Be at least 18 years old
- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Stand and walk for 100% of shift
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds

- Previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant
