What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Business, Math or Sciences
- Experience modeling fixed income and structured securities (ABS, CLO, CMBS, RMBS)
- Proficiency with Intex modeling software
- Excel and SQL skills
- Two to four years of relevant work experience
- Experience with portfolio modeling platforms (Aladdin Explore, Anser, or equivalent)
- Understanding of dataflows between systems
- Experience in SOX/SOC-1 controlled environments
Nice to have
- Familiarity with residential and commercial mortgage modeling
- Python knowledge
- Power BI experience
- Data science aptitude
- General understanding of accounting principles
