What they ask for

Required

  • Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Business, Math or Sciences
  • Experience modeling fixed income and structured securities (ABS, CLO, CMBS, RMBS)
  • Proficiency with Intex modeling software
  • Excel and SQL skills
  • Two to four years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with portfolio modeling platforms (Aladdin Explore, Anser, or equivalent)
  • Understanding of dataflows between systems
  • Experience in SOX/SOC-1 controlled environments

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with residential and commercial mortgage modeling
  • Python knowledge
  • Power BI experience
  • Data science aptitude
  • General understanding of accounting principles
