7+ years in technical customer-facing roles like Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer
3+ years designing and deploying production infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure
Strong Kubernetes experience including cluster design and multi-zone deployments
Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Helm
Database systems knowledge including HA, replication, and sizing
High-availability and disaster recovery design experience
Networking, security, and observability fundamentals
1+ years building production AI/ML applications or agents
LLM framework experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent
State management patterns for AI applications
Evaluation framework design and implementation
Prompt engineering and A/B testing experience
Vector stores and RAG patterns
Tool integration and API design
Python and/or TypeScript proficiency
Enterprise customer experience
Technical assessment and infrastructure audit experience

Founder background or non-traditional technical path
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
