Required

7+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or founder)
3+ years designing and deploying production infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Strong Kubernetes experience including cluster design, autoscaling, and multi-zone deployments
Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Helm
Database systems knowledge (HA, replication, backup, sizing)
High-availability and disaster recovery design
Networking, security (SSO/RBAC, TLS, secrets management), and observability experience
CI/CD pipeline experience
1+ years building production AI/ML applications or agents
LLM framework experience (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar)
State management patterns for agents
Evaluation framework design and implementation
Prompt engineering and optimization skills
Vector stores and RAG pattern experience
Tool integration, API design, and error handling
Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills
Enterprise customer experience
Technical assessment and infrastructure audit experience
Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
