- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 7 years aerospace and/or construction industry experience including field engineering and project management
- Experience with design documentation, construction drawings, bid solicitation, contractor selection, and construction management
- Experience in project scoping, budgeting, and scheduling
- Experience with architectural, structural, civil, and MEPF design, construction, and operations
- Knowledge of standard construction procedures and best practices
- Proficiency with CAD software such as NX or AutoCAD
- Experience with development permitting and coordination with local government agencies
- US government background clearance eligibility for Stennis Space Center work
