What they ask for
Required
- 8+ years in enterprise systems, business systems, PLM, or engineering-data roles with demonstrated domain ownership and multi-year roadmap delivery
- 4+ years of hands-on PLM platform administration or implementation (Teamcenter, Windchill, Arena, or similar) with strategy and integration design experience
- Knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes including BOM management, engineering change control, and EBOM-to-MBOM handoff
- Understanding of PLM-to-ERP data integration for item master, BOM, and change data
- Strong written, verbal, and in-person communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement
- Ability to operate independently on familiar tasks, manage multiple priorities, and seek input on novel situations
Nice to have
- 8+ years in enterprise systems administration, business systems, PLM, or engineering-data roles with domain ownership and roadmap experience
- 4+ years of hands-on Teamcenter administration with platform strategy, build-vs-buy, or integration design beyond routine tasks
