What they ask for
Required
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Significant experience building and operating backend services in production
- Fluency using AI tools in software engineering workflows
- Experience designing scalable, reliable, observable, and maintainable customer-facing systems
- Strong programming experience in Go or comparable backend language
- Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, data pipelines, or data-intensive services
