  • 10+ years of print and digital design experience
  • 5+ years managing designers or art directors in media or news
  • Experience generating multiple visual concepts and adapting to fast-paced news cycles
  • Expertise commissioning and art directing creative talent across illustration, photography, typography, and motion
  • Proficiency with Figma, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, typography, and complex editorial layouts
