  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years manufacturing engineering experience in high-reliability electronics or RF/microwave production
  • Knowledge of RF electronics manufacturing methods including soldering, mechanical assembly, bonding, and environmental testing
  • Ability to read technical drawings and interpret customer specifications
  • Working knowledge of Lean principles, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience developing and tracking manufacturing KPIs and work instructions
  • Experience with regulated production environments like AS9100 and MIL-STD

Nice to have

  • Experience in defense, aerospace, or regulated electronics manufacturing
