  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years in business process services, document management, project coordination, or workflow management
  • At least 1–2 years as a Business Analyst or in similar operational/junior leadership role
  • Life Insurance and Annuities industry experience
  • Experience supporting inbound and outbound mail operations or document management workflows
  • Vendor coordination and relationship management experience
  • Client onboarding and Transformation & Transition project support
  • Understanding of document workflow lifecycles and routing processes
  • Process improvement and operational efficiency experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration ability
  • Process analysis and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in relevant field
  • Certifications in BPMN, Certified ScrumMaster, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP
