Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 5+ years in fluid control devices, valves, or mechanisms design and analysis
- Proven leadership through mentoring, project management, or team growth
- Engineering fundamentals in thermodynamics, structures, and fluids
- Hands-on experience with fluids and structural testing and manufacturing
- Project ownership experience
- Project or small team leadership experience
Nice to have
- 5+ years in rocket engine development or test environment
- Design and manufacturing experience with valves, regulators, actuators, motors, or solenoids
- Cryogenic systems design and testing experience
- Powder bed additive manufacturing experience
