Required
- 3–5 years direct experience as analyst or associate at top-tier hedge fund
- Deep knowledge of buy-side investment research workflows
- End-to-end product ownership and autonomous execution
- Ability to translate financial domain expertise into product strategy
- Understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations
