Required
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of related grinding or machining experience
- Knowledge of shop mathematics
- Ability to use precision measuring equipment (micrometers, optical flats, indicators)
- Frequent standing, bending and lifting up to 20 lbs
- Good hand-eye dexterity
- U.S. citizenship or authorized work status for export-controlled environment
Nice to have
- DBS/Lean manufacturing experience
