Required
- 4–7 years in strategic finance, FP&A, GTM finance, investment banking, private equity, or consulting at a high-growth software company
- Build and own sales capacity and productivity models
- Build pipeline-to-ARR forecasting models
- Manage GTM unit economics (CAC, payback, magic number, LTV to CAC, efficiency ratios)
- Expert proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Fluency with modern BI tools and CRM data
- Clear communication that translates complex analysis for GTM leaders and boards
- High ownership, low ego, comfortable in fast-moving ambiguous environments
Nice to have
- Experience scaling a GTM or sales finance function through rapid growth
- Hands-on quota, capacity, territory planning, or comp plan design
- Familiarity with consumption or usage-based pricing
- Experience partnering with a RevOps team
