Required
- 4 to 7 years of strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting experience at a high-growth company
- Capacity and productivity modeling experience
- Forecasting modeling including pipeline, conversion rates, and cycle time
- Deep understanding of unit economics (CAC, payback period, LTV to CAC, retention, efficiency metrics)
- Proficiency navigating modern BI stacks and core business systems
- Expert-level Excel or Google Sheets skills with high accuracy
- Clear communication translating complex analysis for leadership and board audiences
- Independent ownership with low ego in fast-moving environments
- First-principles thinking and business judgment
Nice to have
- Experience scaling a strategic finance function through rapid growth
- Hands-on capacity and resource planning experience
- Comp or incentive plan design experience
- Familiarity with consumption or usage-based pricing models
- Experience partnering directly with an Operations team
