  • 10+ years product design experience
  • Portfolio demonstrating excellence in interaction design and systems thinking
  • Deep expertise designing end-to-end workflows for complex, data-rich problems
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools
  • Ability to communicate designs through flows, systems, and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern web technologies
  • Experience mentoring and developing other designers
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects end-to-end and navigate ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field

  • Experience with React or similar frameworks
