What they ask for
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years hands-on technician experience in electronics industry
- PCBA conformal coating experience
- PCBA material handling experience
- Ability to read assembly drawings, work instructions, and travelers
- Windows operating system proficiency
- 5 days per week on-site presence
- Attention to detail
- Communication and teamwork skills
Nice to have
- A.S. in electrical, mechanical, or aerospace engineering technology
- IPC-A-610 certification
- Class 3 and J-STD-001 Space Addendum building experience
- Dispense equipment programming and operation experience
- New product introduction (NPI) environment exposure
- Clean room environment experience
- Electrical schematic and PCB design file experience, especially Altium
