Required
- 8+ years cybersecurity or security engineering experience
- 5+ years hands-on email security technologies experience
- Design and implement enterprise-scale email security controls and architectures
- Integrate email security platforms with SIEM, SOAR, identity, endpoint, and threat intelligence solutions
- Develop security strategies, roadmaps, and architecture standards
- Understand phishing, business email compromise, account takeover, malware, and social engineering threats
- Know email authentication frameworks including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and SMTP security
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries
- CISSP, CCSP, GIAC, or Microsoft Security certifications
- Familiarity with AI-driven phishing and impersonation threats
