What they ask for
Required
- 3-8 years of post-qualification experience
- Expertise in Oracle Applications or Fusion applications for supply chain
- Domain knowledge in supply chain areas: procurement, planning, inbound/outbound logistics, manufacturing, fulfillment, or warehouse operations
- Experience with end-to-end Oracle project lifecycle: blueprinting, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, post-live support
- Understanding of SCM integration with Finance, ERP, and HCM modules
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Nice to have
- MBA or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management from Tier-1 college
- 2+ project lifecycle experiences with Oracle ERP or Fusion implementations
- Experience developing business cases and roadmaps for Oracle applications
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM differentiating factors and value proposition
