- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in Systems Engineering, Autonomous Systems, or Robotics (or Master's/PhD and 5+ years)
- 3+ years leading and scaling data-driven evaluation programs for autonomous driving or safety-critical systems
- Hands-on technical leader with proven track record growing high-performing teams
- Experience decomposing ODD requirements into vehicle capabilities and driving behavior logic
- Expert use of large-scale simulation, track, and road data to extract actionable insights
- Ability to build consensus and drive alignment across multidisciplinary teams using technical influence
- Strong foundation in statistical methodology, data science, and scientific rigor
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization
- Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Self-starter with proactive mindset
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Autonomous Systems, or Robotics
- Familiarity with SOTIF, ISO 26262, UL4600, and AVSC Behavior competencies
- Experience shaping product roadmaps
- Experience establishing and leveraging industry benchmarks and human naturalistic driving behaviors
- Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning
- Experience in agile environments and distributed global teams
