What they ask for
Required
- 4–6 years apparel quality control or QA with offshore vendor management
- Third-party inspection program experience
- Garment construction and fabric behavior knowledge
- Fabric performance expertise (colorfastness, shrinkage, seam strength)
- Ability to interpret BOMs, PIMs, Tech Packs, and lab reports
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Intermediate understanding of inspection standards (AQL, inline vs final audits)
- Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Apparel Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or equivalent professional experience
Nice to have
- NetSuite or PIM system experience
- Familiarity with fabric performance standards and lab testing methods
