What they ask for
Required
- 6-8+ years of progressive L&D, talent enablement, or learning technology experience at Principal level scope
- Track record of owning strategy and driving transformation in complex, matrixed environments
- Experience designing development programs for all employee populations
- Deep fluency in AI/GenAI applications for learning and performance support
- Understanding of skills-based organizational strategy, taxonomies, and skills data infrastructure
- Strong data fluency with ability to design measurement frameworks and connect learning outcomes to business results
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through influence without positional authority
- Experience with enterprise learning ecosystems and enterprise AI applications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Learning Design, or related discipline
- Experience building or advising on skills inference platforms, AI copilots, or intelligent performance support systems
- Background bridging People and product/engineering teams
- Demonstrated success integrating L&D strategy with performance management and development planning systems
- Change management expertise delivering enterprise-wide behavior change across diverse stakeholder groups
