- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance or similar environment
- Knowledge of safe work practices, confined space entry, and hot work permitting
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of rotating equipment design and repair
