What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Physics with semiconductor emphasis
- 2–5 years of experience in DRAM, NAND, Logic, or related memory interfaces
- Design and verification of memory circuits across technology nodes
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Physics
- Deep understanding of high-speed IO, SI/PI, and PDN
- Experience with CMOS device physics and BSIM modeling
- Experience applying AI or automation to engineering workflows
- Strong communication and technical leadership skills
