- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years of construction management experience including base build and tenant improvement
- Large commercial or industrial project experience
- Understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Excellent vendor and communication skills
- Ability to travel approximately 50%
Nice to have
- Data center or mission-critical facility experience
- Management of $100M+ project scopes
- Lean construction or sustainability experience
- Heavy MEP or electrical systems background
