What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or related STEM field
- 8+ years in supplier quality or supplier development engineering
- Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and NASA quality standards
- Technical knowledge of space-quality manufacturing processes including forming, cutting, machining, and assembly
- Experience with PPAP, APQP, and FAIR processes
- 8D problem-solving methodology
- New Product Development experience
- Self-starter capable of defining and owning processes from scratch
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of work week
Nice to have
- Familiarity with high-volume inspection methods and data-driven acceptance methods
- Strong knowledge of enterprise applications (PLM, ERP, MES)
- Proficiency in data analysis
