8+ years in data governance, Finance data management, Finance transformation, or related consulting
Experience establishing or materially improving a data governance capability in a complex enterprise
Strong understanding of Finance processes including general ledger, consolidation, planning, and close
Experience documenting financial data definitions, business rules, mappings, hierarchies, and lineage
Experience partnering with cross-functional Finance and Technology teams
Ability to distinguish business ownership from technical platform responsibilities
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to create detailed deliverables with limited existing documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in consulting or transformation environments with measurable deliverables and knowledge transfer focus
Ability to work independently in ambiguous, greenfield environments
Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Nice to have

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance structures, consolidation, or group reporting (ACDOCA, ACDOCU)
Experience with cloud data platforms and enterprise analytics/reporting tools
Strong understanding of data quality, SQL, data profiling, dimensional modeling, and semantic layers
Experience in SOX-controlled or audit-sensitive Finance environments
Background in Finance transformation or enterprise data advisory consulting
