What they ask for
Required
- 3+ years building LLM/agent applications with agent architecture and evaluation experience
- 2+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as Enablement or Solutions Engineering
- Strong Python with ability to write and debug code live in front of customers
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver high-quality technical training programs including live workshops and written tutorials
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguity and manage multiple customer engagements
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
Nice to have
- Deployed AI agents in production using LangChain, LangGraph, Deep Agents, or similar frameworks
- Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts
- TypeScript or JavaScript proficiency in addition to Python
