What they ask for
Required
- 3+ years desktop support, help desk, or customer support experience
- 3+ years installing and maintaining network and security systems including access points and switches
- Technical support experience with Microsoft Windows and Office
- Hands-on hardware maintenance including server racking and workstation deployment
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including OSI model, TCP/IP, routing, and firewalls
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to have
- Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- IT certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, or ITIL
- Experience with Cisco Meraki infrastructure
- Support experience with macOS, iOS, and Android devices
- Security systems installer license and insurability
- Ability to obtain or maintain a Secret security clearance
