Required
- 4+ years designing and developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot
- Experience building enterprise AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and LLM technologies
- Ability to develop applications, workflows, copilots, agents, and integrations using Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, APIs, and connectors
- Knowledge of AI concepts including prompt engineering, grounding, agent design, and responsible AI
- Experience supporting complex enterprise solutions in Tier 3 support environment
- Understanding of Power Platform and Copilot governance, security, compliance, and environment administration
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience evaluating emerging AI and automation technologies
- Agile delivery environment experience and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience optimizing platform consumption, licensing, and solution design
- Experience working with SharePoint, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 data sources

- Power App and Flow design and deployment experience
- Proficiency in PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, or Python

- Entra ID, identity management, and modern software delivery practices knowledge
