- PhD, PharmD, Masters degree, or advanced nursing degree
- 10+ years of clinical development experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology company
- Significant experience with clinical study design and protocol development
- Significant experience ensuring data integrity, data analysis and data presentation
- Demonstrated ability to work in matrix environments
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 15%
