- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent education and experience
- 7+ years of professional design experience in brand, editorial, or agency environments
- Strong graphic design foundation with strategic thinking about design goals and impact
- Expertise across multiple design disciplines including art direction, motion, graphic design, creative strategy, and spatial design
- Portfolio demonstrating range across visual systems, editorial, brand identity, storytelling, and world-building
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills for presenting creative decisions to senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining quality under pressure
