Required
- Master's degree (MS, MN, or MSN) from NLN or CCNE-accredited program
- Valid Arizona NP licensure with prescriptive authority
- NP certification from ANCC, NCC, or AANP
- DEA License
- Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification
- One year of experience as a Registered Nurse
