Required
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, or related technical discipline
- 15 years of relevant CMC stability experience (or 10 years with a PhD)
- Lead end-to-end stability function across development, clinical, and commercial programs
- Translate product profiles into stability and shelf-life strategies
- Design and oversee scientifically robust stability studies
- Establish stability operating models and governance
- Drive effective utilization of stability capacity
- Oversee data trending, statistical analysis, and expiry assessments
- Provide technical leadership for out-of-trend investigations and deviations
- Make risk-based prioritization decisions across stability portfolio
- Author and review regulatory submission documents
- Develop portfolio-level forecasting and metrics
- Lead and mentor a high-performing stability team
- Partner effectively across Analytical Development, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and supply teams
Nice to have
- PhD in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline
- Deep expertise in stability for mRNA/nucleic acid-based therapeutics
- Experience with IND/CTA/BLA/MAA submissions and health authority responses
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in matrixed environments
- Strong executive presence and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience developing workflows, governance models, and dashboards
