What they ask for
Required
- 5+ years professional welding and fabrication experience
- Proficiency in TIG, MIG, FCAW, and stick welding
- Ability to read and interpret isometric drawings, blueprints, weld procedures, and welding symbols
- Experience fitting, fabricating, and installing pipe and mechanical assemblies
- Proficiency with fabrication and hand tools including grinders, drills, and saws
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach lifts, and man lifts
- Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs and work in active construction or industrial environment
- US government background clearance for Cape Canaveral work
Nice to have
- AWS or ASME welding certifications
- Experience welding carbon steel, stainless steel, and specialty alloys
- Prior experience in aerospace, power generation, shipbuilding, petrochemical, or heavy industrial environments
- Experience in fast-paced field construction, commissioning, or launch site operations
