Required
- 5+ years network engineering experience in enterprise/campus environments
- Hands-on Juniper Networks and Junos OS experience, especially EX Series switches
- Expert knowledge of switching and routing protocols (VLAN, trunks, LACP, LLDP, RSTP, MSTP, ARP, VRRP, OSPF, BGP)
- Experience designing resilient campus architectures with Virtual Chassis and MC-LAG/ESI-LAG
- Ability to integrate enterprise switching with firewalls and VPN platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with packet captures and telemetry
- Enterprise WiFi design and implementation experience
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related STEM field, or equivalent experience
- ITAR eligibility as U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident
Nice to have
- Advanced Juniper campus networking with Mist Wired Assurance and Marvis
- Junos automation experience with NETCONF, RESTCONF, gNMI, Ansible, or Git-based configuration management
- Network access control and segmentation technologies (802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, MACsec, private VLANs)
- AWS network infrastructure experience (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect)
- Migration experience from Ubiquiti or MikroTik to enterprise Juniper
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, DNS, DHCP, identity platforms
- Aerospace, launch operations, or safety-critical network environment experience
- Compliance framework experience (NIST, ISO 27001, CMMC, ITAR)
