Required
- Associate's degree
- Graduate of accredited Surgical Assistant program
- Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA), Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA), or Surgical Assistant – Certified (SA-C) within first year of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Two years peri-operative experience in acute care facility
Nice to have
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Surgical Technologist experience
