  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Hand tool and power tool proficiency
  • Electrical test equipment operation (multimeter, voltage tester)
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Knowledge of ladder logic fundamentals
  • LOTO and arc flash awareness
  • OSHA electrical safety knowledge

  • DoD Explosives Safety training completion within 30 days
  • U.S. citizen or eligible ITAR authorization

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, and work in industrial environment for extended periods
  • Ability to work in high-hazard energetics manufacturing with heat, cold, noise, dust, and explosives exposure
  • Ability to wear required PPE including flame-resistant clothing

Nice to have

  • Associate's degree or certificate in Electrical Technology, Industrial Automation, or Mechatronics
  • 1-3 years hands-on industrial electrical or controls experience
  • Exposure to Codesys, TwinCAT, or similar PLC programming environments
  • Basic structured text or ladder logic coursework
  • Familiarity with robotic systems or machine vision
  • Sensor and actuator wiring experience in manufacturing
  • Defense, aerospace, or energetics manufacturing experience
  • Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement methodology knowledge
