Required
- Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school
- Active bar admission in any state
- 5-7 years of commercial real estate leasing experience
- Experience with ground leases and build-to-suit transactions
- Experience with complex occupancy agreements
- Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Nice to have
- Data center leasing experience
- Large-scale industrial development experience
- Experience with synthetic lease structures
- Experience with sale-leaseback transactions
- Experience with ground lease financings
- Background at a law firm or in-house real estate team
- Familiarity with digital infrastructure or hyperscale development
