What they ask for

Required

3+ years in automation engineering, test engineering, or combined software/QA role
Experience designing automation workflows and orchestration scripts
Proficiency in Python or another scripting language
Familiarity with workflow orchestration or BPM tools like Camunda or Apache Airflow
Ability to query and manipulate data in SQL and/or NoSQL databases
Test strategy design and test automation frameworks
Telecom OSS concepts like FCAPS or TMF eTOM framework
Network operations or service assurance process exposure
REST API integration and event-driven messaging systems
CI/CD pipeline experience with tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
Linux development and debugging skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, telecommunications or equivalent professional experience

Nice to have

NETCONF/YANG, SNMP, or TMF Open APIs knowledge
OSS platforms, NMS/EMS systems, or network simulation tools experience
Monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
