  • 5–8+ years of growth or performance marketing experience
  • Significant hands-on ownership of paid Search and Shopping for a scaled consumer business
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization
  • Experience with Google Merchant Center and product feed management
  • Track record managing meaningful acquisition budgets and scaling growth efficiently
  • Experience in e-commerce, DTC, subscription, membership, or analytically complex consumer business
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in experimentation and attribution
  • Ability to connect channel metrics to CAC, conversion, customer quality, retention, and LTV
  • Customer intuition about search behavior, conversion psychology, and friction points
  • Cross-functional communication and influence skills
